Dear John,

Beth and I wanted to thank you for all the time you put into our pool project. We can’t thank you enough for all the pre-sales hand holding and your confidence, patience and expertise to help us make the absolute correct decisions to obtain our dream pool and backyard sanctuary.

We still can’t believe that it was a short two weeks from the time you started the excavation to the culmination of a finished pool with concrete deck and aluminum fencing. Your skillfulness in placing the pool with at the appropriate elevation with all the setbacks, easment and code restrictions was nothing less than spectacular. This is a real testament to your comprehensive knowledge of the industry and your personal dedication to perfection. 

We also want to thank Justin and the rest of your team for their consistent demonstration of extremely high standards, work ethic, skill and overall professionalism. These words can’t express the comfort and confidence they gave us everyday.

Also, thanks to your wife for putting the ring binder together with all the pool manuals and especially for the gift of beach towels.

In closing, everyone who has seen our pool has not only complemented us on the pool but the fantastic job you did on the final grading and laying of the sod. They all say; “it looks like the pool has been here for years.”
